Shipping policy

We ship to mostly addresses in the US and Asia. Canada, the EU, and the UK add extra VAT and/or duties upon delivery and additional service charges that are the customer's responsibility. We've received complaints about these charges, which we don't control, so we don't ship there any longer. Try your Amazon store.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Items purchased do not include sales tax or VAT (except for Washington State). Your country may required you to pay VAT and/or duties upon delivery. All VAT, taxes, duties, and related fees are the customer's responsibility.
